• Bureau de la vie étudiante (BVE) 

Offers welcoming activities, workshops and conferences, one-on-one consultation with an immigration advisor, pre-stay services and a matchmaking program.

• Bureau des bourses et de l'aide financière 

Offers a budget support service, assistance resources (food, psychological, clothing and financial references), student bursaries and a bursary directory.

• Bureau du registraire

Offers assistance with immigration procedures and enrolment in the health and hospitalization insurance plan.
